I’m grateful for hi been under Dr, Vaishva’s care for many years. He has helped me maintain vision while I’ve struggled to control my diabetes. With injections he has been successful in stabilizing my vision enough to continue driving and my reading has improved! I’m grateful for his professional ism and highly informed care.

The new facility is excellent for moving the right people to the right place in record time. The front desk was so helpful. Dr. Ganiban was/is an excellent source of information for anything you have questions on.

The doctor seemed very knowledgeable but I felt rushed. Too many patients in waiting room. I needed more time to have my questions answered.

My appointment was thorough with Dr. Vaishnav is always on top of my vision problems. His staff is always prompt able to answer any questions that I have if they are able to before seeing Dr V. I'm so happy to have him as my Dr. and friend

I have been a patient of Dr. Ganiban for many years and am always pleased with the attention he gives to my problems. This was my first visit to the Merritt Island office and I feel it is much better than the Rockledge office which was always so crowded.

The whole office staff is great! Courteous and friendly, and of course Dr V is fantastic! I feel like he cares about me even tho he has so many other patients. He takes the time to explain things and answers my questions

I needed to change my appointment. I called first thing in the morning to see if there was a cancelation and got in the same day. Thank you.

The entire staff was wonderful with the exception of the front office person. She requested my insurance card, which I have electronically on my phone , as I don't carry around papers. When she attempted to provide me an email address to send it to that was incorrect. Never did get that resolved. Then on check out there were 4 people waiting to schedule future appts. She appeared ro be looking out the window and told all of us she was stretched too thin and could not schedule anyone til her coworker returned. One other person and myself chose not to wait. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Very professional and about normal wait time for eye doctors

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ganiban since 2003 after it was discovered I had a branch retinal occlusion in my left eye! Since I’ve lost most of the sight in my left eye, I know he is concerned and careful to protect the sight in my right eye! I trust him and his ability and knowledge to do just that! His staff and office workers are all very nice and helpful as well! Dr Ganiban knows what he is doing and I recommend him whatever your problem may be!

Dr Ganiban has doctored me for years for my Macular Degeneration and he was able to stop the bleeding in my eye. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything with you. Excellent care by a caring and knowledgeable doctor and outstanding staff. I'm blessed to have found him. I'm always treated courteously by the staff and am seen by the doctor as soon as he is available. I understand that sometimes an appointment may seem to run behind schedule, but I'm thankful that Dr Vaishnav does sometimes run a bit behind. Let me explain. The extra time that I sometimes need may cause someone else to have to wait a few minutes longer. I'm grateful that Doctor Vaishnav does take the time needed to actually help his patients, not just see them. He has helped me tremendously.

This was the first time coming here and I was very impressed with the office and staff. I was previously going to the eye institute seeing Dr Vaishnav. Time spent was way less than the other. All the staff was nice.

I would like to add to what I already left. I had a pretty rough day after I got the eylea shot. My eye felt like there was grit under my eye lid,there was blood pooled at the bottom of the eye, and the eye was and still is very sore. This is just for your information. Dr. Vaishnav is a highly professional, knowledgeable retina specialist who may have saved my eyesight in my left eye. I’m a bit of a split personality - one eye has dry macular degeneration, the other eye has wet. Having someone inject medication in ones eye is not a pleasant thought, but he delivered beyond my expectations. I will need injections for the rest of my life, but now there is no more fear, actually, it’s a walk in the park!

He is attending to me very professional explaining everything what is happening and what to do. He wants things to be done, tests, floureceint andiogram aa soon as possible so that he can administer the necessary treatment.

I experienced excessive wait times. I am assuming over booking causes this situation. After waiting. More than two hours I had a very successful meeting with my doctor. Consultation was very good and his recommendations and. And proposed remedies were very satisfying. So to summarize time with the doctor very very pleasing, waiting time before I could see the doctor was very excessive. Maybe his practice should be expanded with another qualified doctor in order to cut down the waiting times.

Excellent doctor and staff but the wait is very long. Usually 2-3 hours from sign in to vision and pressure check, scan and to finally get the injection. Staff seems to rotate frequently and I hear staff members saying they are short staffed frequently. Dr V always listens to my concerns and addresses them and he seems to do a lot of research which is encouraging.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vaishnav for 13 years. He has treated me for a detached retina and currently for AMD. I have received excellent care! Dr. Vaishnav carefully explains treatment options and closely monitors my condition. I have complete faith in hrs skills and advice and recommend him highly.

Doc is great , maybe the best , BUT the wait time is out of anything described as normal!! 1 hour after arriving before even the preliminary work begins. Another hour till I see the Doc . 5 very good minutes with Doctor Vashivanav and out the door in 2 HOURs for a routine yearly exam ! You have clean up the patient schedule procedure as a business practice to be professional about the practice.. this is meant to be helpful not a anger filled complaint. I really like the Docs and just want them to be successful… Clean up the schedule management.

Dr V is good. Kind. Explains things. But I suffered all night through early morning - eyes burning very badly for 12-14 hours after appt. I believe the tech rubbed betadine soap into both eyes instead of gently wiping it off. Both eyes burned fiercely and swelled almost shut. Had to use cold compresses 30-40 times to cool the burning and swelling in both eyes. It’s been almost 24 hours and my eyes are still irritated and swollen. Scary.

Waiting too long in the waiting room

Excellent doctor, knowledgeable, personable, explains your condition in a way you can easily understand. My only complaint is that wait times are almost ALWAYS too long, so bring a book.

Waiting times are somewhat long.

I've been to two other retna specialists trying to find out why I'm seeing fuzzy spots, on the page when reading, from my right eye. Dr Ganivan is the first one to tell me what the problem is and is going to do a minor, out patient, surgery to correct the problem. I'm looking forward to being able to see normal out of my right eye again after about two years. More will be revealed.

Only comment is the tech seemed to have difficulty making eye pressure measurement. She had similar difficulty on previous visit. Perhaps additional training.

Very thorough

The doctors are very nice. The new location is nice and clean, a little bit bright, but they are working on getting that fixed. There is only one thing missing… the coffee bar. Hopefully, that is in their list of things to work on to get this place to be a 5 star clinic.

It’s usually a wait to get to see him but I have so much confidence in him I’m very willing to do it. He is very thorough and answers all my questions. I would gladly recommend him.

The vasectomy surgery performed by Dr. Vaishnav was amazing. I couldn’t say enough for the wonderful staff at the new facility. My only problem was the Extremely cold, I felt, particularly I’m sure, due to my severe neuropathy. I felt like an ice cube and thought I would never get warm again. Very thorough. Appreciated the use of weaker dilation drops. In the past I have taken about 6 hours to recover. This time they did the job but only took half the time. Everyone was attentive and friendly.

The doctor was great but if I had known it would be so long before my tests I would have asked more questions.

Been going to Dr Ganiban for years. He is an excellent eye specialist. He is extremely patient and very knowledgeable with all eye issues. There may be a wait upon arriving but it is truly worth it.

Dr. Ganiban is a great and knowledgeable retinal specialist. He treats all of his patients like they are his friends. His office is run like a well-oiled machine. His staff is understanding, patient and efficient. When I enter his office, I am greeted with a smile which make me feel very relaxed. The other patients talk with me about other matters besides our visual afflictions which makes the waiting time go buy very quickly. At the end of all of the tests the doctor explains your progress in an understanding manner. We I leave I feel satisfied and happy.

The doctors are excellent, however, they are always at least an hour behind schedule, seems like the offices over book appointments.

Though they were busy, I moved through in good time. The staff were friendly and Dr. Ganiban his usual courteous self. Dr. Huff-Corzine.

Although the doctors care is excellent, the long wait after checking in is ridiculous, and uncalled for. Many of the patients there are in the waiting room are seniors, I’m sure they would rather take their nap at home than in the waiting room.
